How do I get a watch to you?
You can bring your piece directly to our workshop at 412 Thanon Ratchadamri during opening hours. If you'd prefer to arrange a drop-off time in advance, please contact us first so we can set aside time for a proper intake inspection.
What happens during the initial assessment?
We examine the movement, case, dial, and crown for visible issues and record our findings. We then discuss the scope of work and associated cost before proceeding. Nothing is started without your approval.
How long does a typical repair take?
Quartz movement repairs typically take 5–10 working days. Lume refresh work varies with the number of markers and dial complexity, generally 10–20 days. Pocket watch servicing, which often involves sourcing older materials, can take 3–6 weeks. We'll give you a timeline estimate during intake.
Are the prices on the site fixed?
The prices shown are starting figures for each service category. The final cost depends on the specific condition of the piece, parts required, and any complications encountered. We'll confirm a firm price before beginning work.
Do you work on vintage or antique pocket watches?
Yes. Older pieces are a particular area of focus for us. We assess each one individually and only undertake work that is appropriate for its age and condition. If a piece would be better preserved without intervention, we'll say so plainly.
How is my watch kept safe while in your care?
Each piece receives a numbered intake record. Watches are stored in a secured area of the workshop when not actively being worked on. We'll let you know when your piece is ready for collection and ask for identification at handback.
